Daniel Calandriello, Attorney & Founder

Dan Calandriello has been serving the judiciary needs of Chicagoland residents for a decade—first on the prosecution side and now as a criminal defense attorney. With his vast experience in the courtroom, Calandriello has become proficient in litigation and fine-tuned his persuasive skills.
During his years as a prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office, Calandriello was closely involved in the criminal felony review process. He personally handled more than a thousand cases, which provided him with insight into the intricacies of the complex criminal justice system and what it takes to advocate for your rights.
As your criminal defense attorney, Calandriello takes a holistic approach to your legal needs. A critical thinker, he believes in weighing all the options before offering counsel. He is passionate about helping you navigate the complicated legal process and will always be in your corner, fighting for a successful outcome.
Calandriello holds a law degree from John Marshall Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University, where he served as student government president. The Marist High School alum served as a staff assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC after graduating college, as well.
